Shipping & Returns Information

SHIPPING

We aim to ship within 2 - 5 business days of placing an order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please keep an eye on your spam folder.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Ireland 2 - 5 working days
• EU 5 - 7 working days

Delivery times are estimated and subject to local postal delays.

Customers are responsible for all custom and duty charges, if relevant please consult your government website for further information.

DAMAGES 

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take photos and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept your return once we are advised within 7 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when we are notified in advance and the item is returned to us within 14 days. Please email us at info@layers.ie to advise of the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to.

Please contact us for our Returns address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our refund policy lasts 14 days as per EU law. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

If you need an exchange please don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receipt to receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.  Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received it and when we are ready to ship your new item(s).
